• Why have you changed your brand?

  We had a good natter with our consumers to find out why they did – and sometimes didn’t – buy our products. Their feedback inspired us to have a bit of a refresh.

• Why have you changed your name?

  We wanted to make more of the long family history behind our company – Thomas J Fudge was the man who started our business back in 1916! And adding ‘Remarkable Bakery’ to the name will hopefully make it clear that we’re bakers of biscuits, NOT makers of fudge (a misunderstanding that has occurred in the past).

• Has the company been sold?

  No. Sue, Steve & Graham still own the company and we’re as much a family business as ever.
